As the Senior Director, Heath leads the company growth and development, along with filling in several other roles as needed. He is the visionary for the direction of the company in the future and works diligently to be sure that the right team is in place to be able to embrace future opportunities. In his free time, Heath enjoys spending time with family, playing soccer, and snowboarding.
Kevin is the VP of Sales and has been with MWSS since 2007. He has been a key player in the company's growth over the last decade and is now a leader for the entire team. Kevin leads our very solid team to be as effective and efficient as they possibly can be. He enjoys golfing and spending time with his family when he is not at work.
As VP of Operations, Will As VP of Operations, he will oversee the company’s operations and ensure that the logistics and inventory management are first-class to provide the great customer service. In addition, he will join Kevin Herrity, VP of Sales, to lead the company’s efforts to maintain our partnerships and existing relationships while also growing new business opportunities. When asked about his favorite part about working for MWSS, he responded, "The culture here is the best part. Our ability to work together, make decisions quickly for our customers is what sets MWSS apart from the competition." When he's not at work, Will likes to spend time with family, build things in his garage and metal working.
As Director of Operations, Alice is responsible for finding, screening and recruiting new job applicants; creating training and development programs for all employees; and implementing policies and procedures to support the team. Her favorite part about working at MWSS is being able to build relationships and interacting with the team, as well as the opportunity to grow from within.

David serves as Controller for MWSS and manages all accounting and HR activities within the business. When asked about the best parts of working at MWSS, David responded that working with a great team and having a flexible work environment are his favorite parts. When he's not working, he enjoys walking with his dog, reading, model cars and watching TV.
Worth serves as our Aftermarket Sales Manager, where he develops and maintains our dealer, dealership, and service provider relationships. He works with customers to meet the growing demand for high quality RVAC and appliances for the industry. When he's not working, Worth likes to spend time with his wife, family and friends, as well as kayak and kayak fish.
